As a Die Casting Team Leader at Zeno Alumi Indonesia, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and quality control personnel to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest machinery, including CNC machines, die casting machines, and quality control tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and dimensional measuring equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the die casting production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in die casting operations, with a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing production processes.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of die casting processes, materials, and quality control techniques.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ASME.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
