As our Accounts Payable & General Ledger Control Analyst, you'll be using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data. You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, manage accounts payable workflows, and reconcile general ledger entries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments
• Reconcile general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Monitor and analyze financial data using QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial records
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable and general ledger control
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
