📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all construction activities adhere to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools to track project progress and manage resources.
• Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations, including OSHA and Indonesian construction standards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage material and equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid construction supervisor certification or equivalent experience.
