📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation strategy is aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with HR teams and line managers to develop and administer compensation packages.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our compensation programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide training and support to managers on compensation best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
