📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation strategy is aligned with industry standards.
Collaborate with HR teams and line managers to develop and administer compensation packages.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our compensation programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Provide training and support to managers on compensation best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and legal requirements.
Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
