📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Manage tax audits and ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns.
• Advise senior management on tax planning strategies and ensure tax efficiency.
• Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure tax obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide tax training and support to staff as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax matters to senior management and regulatory authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with at least 5 years in a senior tax role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and auditing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar qualification preferred.
