🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
• Familiarity with early childhood education software and tools, such as ClassKid, KidzRoom, or similar platforms.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
