📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update inventory records using SAP or similar inventory management software
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory levels and orders
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required
