📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize automotive parts inventory using SAP and in-house systems.
• Process and track warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inventory transactions and warranty claims.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automotive parts and warranty management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive parts inventory management or warranty administration.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
