📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of property issues.
• Monitor property performance and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with the property management team to implement new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, operations, or a related field.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
