📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) process, from planning to execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all testing procedures are carried out efficiently.
Utilize modern testing equipment such as Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on FAT procedures.
Collaborate with suppliers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.
Proficient in using ATE and PLC for testing purposes.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
