📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute customer advocacy programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to gather customer feedback and insights.
• Create and maintain customer advocacy materials, including case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Participate in customer events and activities to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer advocacy.
• Report on customer advocacy metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer advocacy, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer advocacy programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
