In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning interior designs that reflect our clients' personalities and lifestyles. You will also be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the design and construction process. You will use industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max to bring your designs to life, and you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from high-end residential spaces to commercial interiors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop interior design concepts that meet client requirements and align with our brand standards.
• Use industry-leading software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max to create detailed design plans and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design and construction projects.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the interior design and construction industry.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear and compelling explanations of your designs.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and sales consulting, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in using industry-leading design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces.
• Knowledge of Bali's luxury market and a deep understanding of the local culture and design preferences.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
