📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenant-satisfied.
• Manage tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure timely and efficient repairs and servicing of properties.
• Monitor and manage property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement property management strategies.
• Stay updated with local regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide regular reports to the Property Manager on property performance and any issues requiring attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong background in residential and commercial property management.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relations effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial management and reporting.
• Certification in Property Management (e.g., RICS, CIPM) is a plus.
