📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the canteen area, including restocking supplies and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the canteen’s cash register, ensuring accurate and secure financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the management team to implement and maintain operational procedures and policies.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving food and beverage supplies.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, contributing to a pleasant and productive work environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a high-traffic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with basic cash handling and transaction processes.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
