📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Hosting and moderating livestream broadcasts with a focus on engaging and entertaining the audience.
• Promoting and showcasing beauty products and services to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Building and maintaining a strong connection with viewers through interactive and authentic content.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute livestream strategies and campaigns.
• Providing feedback and insights to improve the quality and effectiveness of our livestreams.
• Ensuring a positive and inclusive livestream environment that aligns with our brand values.
• Assisting in the creation and curation of content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in livestream hosting and talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a livestream host or talent, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and creating engaging content.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to travel to various locations for livestream events and shoots.
