📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various projects across Indonesia and Japan.
• Work with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are procured and delivered on schedule.
• Use the latest tools and software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out to the required standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, including any issues or challenges encountered.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong focus on project management and coordination.
• Proven experience in working on international projects, with a keen interest in building a long-term career in Japan.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel internationally as needed.
