As an IT Support Specialist at Infomedia Nusantara, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing training and documentation to users. You’ll work closely with our team of IT professionals to ensure that our clients’ systems are running smoothly and efficiently. With your expertise, you’ll help our clients to maximize their productivity and achieve their business goals.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide Level 1 IT support to B2C retail clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Provide training and documentation to users
- Monitor and maintain network and system performance
- Work with the IT team to implement and maintain IT security measures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
- Experience with ITIL framework or similar IT service management processes
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with common IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
