Coinbase is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that support our company's goals and values. You will work closely with various departments to ensure effective and efficient communication throughout the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Create and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and other communication materials.,Facilitate and moderate internal meetings, workshops, and town halls.,Manage the company's internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and collaboration tools.,Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communication.,Provide training and support to employees on effective communication techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.,Strong understanding of internal communication principles and practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
