📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the procurement team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Represent the company at supplier meetings and industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement Management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Maluku.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
