SHIFT Corporindo is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in an understandable way will be crucial to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates.,Review and edit documentation written by other team members.,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on documentation needs.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and formats.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
