📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and mentor a team of store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring resolutions are timely and satisfactory.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail culture and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
