📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
