Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor the operations team to achieve organizational goals,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
