📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet business demands.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintain detailed records of inventory movements and transactions.,Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and reordering processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.,Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices.
