📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems,Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship,Support other departments with their IT needs and provide technical assistance,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security,Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to IT systems,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies,Provide training and development opportunities for the IT team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems,Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies,Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
