📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and regulations.,Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Work closely with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
