📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR strategy discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
