In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and design graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the company's goals and target audience.,Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality graphics.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Manage design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and client expectations.,Provide design solutions to improve the company's visual presence and communication.,Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and animations, if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.,Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
