📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen equipment and facilities.,Follow all health and safety regulations and standards.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Adhere to the restaurant's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
