📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Analyze and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor supply chain best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Use advanced supply chain management tools and software, such as SAP, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on semiconductor or high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or a related field is a plus.
