📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.,Prepare and store ingredients for daily use.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
