📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train the store staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Assist in the preparation and cooking of bakso products.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and sales data.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of bakso preparation and food safety standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Good understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
