📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally.
4. Monitor and report on client performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
5. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our client engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or digital services industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
