📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly welcome.,Assist guests with table reservations, seating arrangements, and any special requests.,Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.,Provide information about the menu, specials, and wine list to guests.,Assist the kitchen staff with food and beverage service during peak hours.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and service requests.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.,Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
