📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.,Ensure all mechanical designs comply with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Develop and maintain technical documentation and drawings.,Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines.,Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.,Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).,Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software is a plus.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ISO).,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
