📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the implementation of the SHAPES Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of project officers, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local government, educational institutions, and community partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Represent the SHAPES Project at national and international conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with NUS faculty and staff to integrate project outcomes into academic programs and research activities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the project team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or community development sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and society.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
