PT Langit Teratai is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Organize and participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Experience with remote work and digital tools is a plus.
