📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the distribution team to ensure high standards of service.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the distribution team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Analyze and report on distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution operations with other business functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing distribution operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to distribution and logistics.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
